EVENT POLICIES

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

- Debit or Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX

- AMYI Gift Cards

Purchasing Tickets

Your registration is not complete until full payment is received. All successfully registered guests will receive a confirmation, including ticket(s), confirming purchase. At present, all tickets are valid for the named attendee only and can­not be transferred during the event dates. If you cannot attend the event, please contact us. 

Chargebacks

Charges will apply for any chargeback fees and bank fees on behalf of our company should you decide to reverse or challenge any charges made to your credit card if the chargeback outcome is made in our favor. Standard chargeback fee is usually $35. Bank fees may vary.

eGift Cards

Thank you for choosing AMYI eGift Cards! Please read our nonrefundable eGift Card policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing an eGift Card from AMYI, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Nonrefundable

eGift Card purchases are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit unless required by law. Once an eGift Card is purchased, it cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled for any reason.

 

No Expiration Date 

Our eGift Cards do not have an expiration date, providing you the flexibility to use them whenever you wish. They will remain valid until they are redeemed in full.

 

Lost or Stolen Cards

AMYI is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards. Please treat your eGift Card like cash and store it securely. Lost or stolen eGift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

 

Unauthorized Use 

Protect your eGift Card number and PIN. You are responsible for all transactions associated with your eGift Card, including unauthorized transactions.

 

Gift Card Redemption

eGift Cards can only be redeemed for products or services offered by AMYI. They cannot be used to purchase additional eGift Cards. eGift Cards are vaild for use and redemption only on AMYI's website.

 

Gift Card Balance

To check the balance of your eGift Card, please visit our website or contact our customer support team.

 

Transferability

eGift Cards are transferable, meaning you can gift them to others. However, AMYI is not responsible for any disputes arising from the transfer of eGift Cards.

 

Changes to Terms

AMYI reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The most recent version of the terms will be available on our website.

Returns and Refund Policy

Event Policy

We work year-round to create events that entertain, educate, and are interactive for attendees to enjoy. We appreciate your interest in AMYI Events, and we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all attendees. For events, whether virtual or in-person, including exclusive events, all sales are non-refundable and final sale. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the next event date. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be credited for a future event. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person and inform us of the recipient. ​In order to maintain the quality of our events and to ensure fairness to all participants, we have implemented the following "No Refund" policy:

Personal Reasons

We understand that personal circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the event. However, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for non-attendance due to personal reasons, including but not limited to illness, travel-related issues, or other commitments.

 

Event Alterations

Event details, including but not limited to performers, schedule, and venue, are subject to change. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

 

Lost or Stolen Tickets

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Please keep your tickets in a safe place. If choosing an e-ticket, ensure that you are using a valid e-mail address for delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery once purchases have been made and tickets are issued. 

Event Cancellation 

All attendees acknowledge that changes in itinerary, location, content, host or other arrangements may happen with little or no notice before the event date, in response to reasons including but not limited to: weather events, security events, closed borders, public health scares, host or team sickness, or injury. AMYI reserves the right to do so at any time, although we will make every effort to reschedule the event.

  • In the rare event that the event is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. It may be necessary to cancel an event for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

  • If AMYI is required to cancel an event we will offer you a credit for a future event of your choice subject to availability, to be used within 12 months from the notice, equal to the original ticket value. 

  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person and inform us of the recipient. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the event organizers.

In such cases, our liability is limited to refunding the fees according to the policy above for the affected event. Beyond that, we shall not be liable for any costs or loss resulting from changes or cancellation as a result of an event outside our reasonable control. Please adhere to AMYI's Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to return payment and refuse acceptance of bookings at any time, for any reason, at no penalty to us. ​Any refund due, once approved, will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice to your original payment method, which usually appears in 3 - 5 days.

21+ Event Policy

Admission Policy

For 21+ events, all attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport, will be required for entry. No exceptions will be made.

 

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol will only be served to guests who can provide valid proof of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or is behaving irresponsibly. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Any guest caught providing alcohol to underage individuals will be immediately removed from the event, and legal action may be taken.

 

Responsible Drinking

We encourage responsible drinking. Please know your limits and plan for a safe way to get home if you plan on consuming alcohol. Designated drivers are highly recommended. Please arrange for a sober driver, use public transportation, or utilize rideshare services like Uber or Lyft.

Food and Beverages

To ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our offerings, we have implemented a policy prohibiting outside food and beverages at our events. If possible, menus may consider dietary restrictions and allergy preferences, but cannot always be guaranteed. Attendees are encouraged to be mindful of any allergies or dietary concerns. 

 

All attendees are expected to comply with this policy and any non compliance may result in removal from the event premises. For specific concerns, attendees may reach out in advance of the event.

 

Behavior and Conduct

All guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards others. Any disruptive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Anyone found using or possessing illegal drugs will be reported to the authorities.

 

Safety Measures

Security personnel may be present to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. Emergency exits and evacuation procedures will be clearly marked. Please familiarize yourself with the venue's safety protocols.

 

Liability

The event organizers, venue, and staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event. Please leave valuables at home as we are not responsible for storage, lost, or damaged items.

 

Compliance

By attending the event, all guests agree to comply with our event's policy. Failure to comply will result in removal from the event without refund.

Family & Child Guest Event Policy

We are delighted to welcome families with children to participate in our events and create lasting memories together. To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and comfort of all attendees, especially the little ones, we have implemented the following policy with regards to children attending our event:

 

Supervision and Responsibility

  • Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the event. Children should not be left unattended or allowed to roam freely without parental guidance.

  • Parents or legal guardians must be present with their children throughout the event, including activities specifically designed for children. Children should be accompanied by an adult when using event amenities, such as restrooms or food areas.

  • We encourage parents or guardians to establish a meeting point in case of separation and to educate their children about event safety guidelines.

 

Child Identification and Lost & Found

  • We recommend parents or guardians to write their contact information on a card and place it in their child's pocket or attach it to their clothing to assist event staff in case of separation.

  • If a child becomes lost, parents should immediately contact event staff or security personnel for assistance.

  • A designated "Lost and Found" area will be available where lost children will be taken until reunited with their parents. Missing items can be reported and found in the same area.

Child-Friendly Activities

  • Occasionally, we may provide designated child-friendly areas and activities to enhance the experience for children and to ensure that children have a safe and enjoyable experience. Parents are encouraged to accompany their children in these areas.

 

Emergency Procedures and Safety Measures

  • Parents or guardians should be aware of the event layout, including emergency exits, evacuation routes, assembly points, and first aid stations.

  • Childproofing measures may be implemented where possible to minimize potential hazards.

  • First aid stations and trained medical personnel may be available onsite in case of any emergencies.

  • All event staff members are trained to assist parents/guardians and ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.

 

Food and Beverages

  • To ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our offerings, we have implemented a policy prohibiting outside food and beverages at our events. 

  • Exceptions will be made for baby food and formula to accommodate the needs of our youngest guests.

  • Special menus catering to children, if food is served at the event, may be available. If possible, menus may consider dietary restrictions and allergy preferences, but cannot always be guaranteed.

  • Parents or guardians are encouraged to supervise their children while they are eating and to be mindful of any allergies or dietary concerns. 

  • All attendees are expected to comply with this policy and any non compliance may result in removal from the event premises. For specific concerns or requirements, attendees may reach out to event organizers in advance of the event.

 

Behavior Expectations

  • Children are expected to be respectful of others and their surroundings. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the family being asked to leave the event.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for addressing their children's behavior and ensuring they adhere to event rules and guidelines.

 

Liability Waiver

  • Parents or guardians are liable for any damages caused by their children to event property, facilities, or any third-party property.

  • Parents or guardians are expected to supervise their children to prevent any accidental damage or disruption to the event environment.

  • By attending the event with their children, parents and/or guardians acknowledge and accept the responsibility outlined in this policy. AMYI and its organizers are not liable for any injuries or incidents that occur due to parental negligence or children's behavior.​

Incomplete Shipping Addresses (Physical Products Only Policy)

If an incomplete shipping address is provided by customer in which a gift may not be shipped to recipient because it is lacking a shipping address, AMYI will attempt to obtain a complete shipping address from customer for the recipient to complete order by contacting customer, via email, and phone. 

 

If no reply is received from customer, within 2- 3 days of when order was placed (day indicated on order receipt), AMYI reserves the right to ship the order to Customers address. AMYI will provide Email Tracking confirmation to customer when order has been shipped. 

 

We regret no refund will be issued for incomplete addresses after order has been shipped to customer or by refusal of gift by customer after order has been shipped due to customer NOT providing us with the recipients complete shipping address.​
